We use your information only to:

• Run and improve the Herd Manager app for you.
• Process your subscription payments securely.
• Send you important account and support messages.
• Improve our features using anonymized, non-identifiable trends across all users (no one can ever be identified from this).

3. We Never Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or farm data with any marketing companies or advertisers — ever. Your data is yours. The only third parties who ever see any data are our hosting provider (to store it securely) and our payment processor (to handle billing), both of which are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.

4. How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, your data is deleted within 30 days. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us.

5. Data Security

Your data is encrypted both in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your farm information. Our servers are hosted on reliable, secure cloud infrastructure.

6. Your Rights
